What two-factor authentication means for super4d users
Two-factor authentication, often abbreviated as 2FA, is a security measure that requires two separate forms of proof before we grant you access to your account. The first factor is your password. The second factor is typically a code we send to your phone or email — something only you should have access to.
On super4d, we use two-factor authentication at critical moments: when you log in from a new device, when you initiate a withdrawal, or when you modify account settings. This means an attacker cannot access your account with only your password; they would also need your phone or email credentials.
Our platform sends verification codes through your choice of delivery method — either short message service (SMS) to your mobile phone, or email to your registered inbox. Both methods are instantaneous, arriving within seconds of your request.
When you play live-dealer games like blackjack or roulette, your account login is already protected. If you place a withdrawal request, we prompt you for a fresh two-factor code before processing your funds. This extra step prevents unauthorised transfers even if someone gains temporary access to your device.
How super4d implements two-factor authentication
We offer two-factor authentication as an optional security layer that you can enable or disable within your account settings. Many users in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bandung activate it immediately after registration; others wait until they have made their first deposit.
Our system works as follows: once you enable two-factor authentication, we register your preferred delivery method — your mobile number for SMS, or your email address for email codes. When a login attempt or sensitive action occurs, we generate a six-digit code valid for a limited time window (typically five to ten minutes). You enter this code into the verification field on our website or app, and the system confirms your identity.
- Delivery method
- We support SMS to your registered phone number or email to your registered inbox, depending on your preference.
- Code validity
- Verification codes expire after a set time window; if you miss the window, we generate a new code at no cost.
- Recovery codes
- We provide backup codes during setup so you can regain access if you lose your phone or email temporarily.
If you register a new mobile number or change your email address, you will need to reverify your identity before the new two-factor method becomes active. This prevents attackers from redirecting your codes to their own devices.
Enabling two-factor authentication on your super4d account
The process to activate two-factor authentication takes less than five minutes. Log into your super4d account, navigate to Settings or Security, and look for the Two-Factor Authentication option. Select your preferred delivery method — SMS or email — and provide the phone number or email address where you want to receive codes.
Our system will send you a test code immediately. Enter this code into the confirmation field to verify that delivery is working correctly. Once confirmed, two-factor authentication is active on your account.

Two-factor authentication and your withdrawal workflow
When you request a withdrawal on super4d, our system treats this as a sensitive transaction. After you enter your withdrawal amount and select your preferred payment method — DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a direct bank transfer to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet — we prompt you for your two-factor code before finalising the request.
This means even if someone has access to your account password, they cannot move your funds without also having your phone or email. Payment processors and banks also appreciate this added layer of security; it reduces fraud-related disputes and keeps your account standing clean.
Two-factor authentication does not slow down withdrawals
Entering a verification code takes seconds. The code itself does not affect processing time; your withdrawal speed depends on your payment method, bank hours, and whether our system requires additional verification from your bank.
Managing two-factor authentication settings
You can change your two-factor delivery method at any time. For example, if you replace your phone, you update your registered number in your super4d account settings and re-verify with a new test code. If you prefer email delivery over SMS, or vice versa, the same process applies.
If you temporarily cannot access your registered phone or email — for instance, during travel around the time of Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, or if you lose your device — you can use recovery codes we provided during setup. We recommend storing these codes in a secure location separate from your device.
Should you forget your recovery codes or cannot access your backup delivery method, contact our support team. We operate in multiple languages and can verify your identity through alternative means — such as account details, payment history, or other information unique to your profile — before restoring your access.
